Details still remain fuzzy at best surrounding a missile launching incident in southern California yesterday evening.

The incident was caught on camera by KCBS and aerospace officials are keeping rather mum regarding the missile’s purpose and origin.

The object appears to have been launched approximately 35 miles out to sea, west of Los Angeles. Ian Gregor of the Federal Aviation Administration has said that no commercial launches were scheduled to happen. The US Navy states that the missile did not originate from a Navy launch site and the US Missile Defense Agency has stated that the object was not part of a test launch.

NORAD had this to say on the internet regarding the missile incident: “We can confirm that there is no threat to our nation, and from all indications this was not a launch by a foreign military. We will provide more information as it becomes available.”

A ten year old child in Spain has given birth.

The family is from Romania and apparently this is not as unusual there as it is in other parts of the world. Including Spain where the family now lives, the people of Spain are shocked by the news of the birth.

The new babies Grandmother doesn’t see what all the fuss is about since where she is from it is acceptable, she stated she is happy about the new baby.

The babies Father is said to be a 13 year old boy is no longer dating the new Mom, he is back in Romania. Mother and baby plan to stay in Spain.

After the recent “discovery” of a mystery object in the 1928 Chaplin film ‘The Circus’, millions of people were left to speculate the origin of the object that appears to resemble a cell phone.

In the film clip, a woman is walking around in the background of the film scene, talking and appears to be cupping an object to the side of her face, much like the manner in which people hold modern day cell phones when they speak.

The footage was pointed out by an Irish film maker in a video that almost instantly went viral and left people wondering the origin of both the woman and the object, some speculating that the woman was possibly a time traveler.

Others speculated that the object may have been an early hearing aid or amplifier, such as the Siemens 1924 hearing aid device.

The then revolutionary hearing aids were pocket sized and featured an attached listening device that rested in the ear where users would have had to cup their hands to their heads in order to hold or re-adjust the small listening piece.

October 15, 2010 is recognized as National Bosses Day.

Bosses Day is usually held on October 16th every year but due to it falling on Saturday, it will held today. Bosses from all over the United States will be feted and recognized as being one of the more important parts of today’s society.

The observation has been around since the early 1960′s but it was not until 1979 that greeting cards for National Bosses Day started to show up in retail markets.

There are also the usual small gifts that are given to bosses on their day but it is cards that have always made a statement.

On October 31, 2010 a rally is taking place pressuring Bishop Eddie Long toward resigning.

The scandal involving Bishop Long first began in September of this year when four men came forward stating that they had allegedly been victims of sexual abuse.

Bishop Prophet H. Walker plans to head the rally because he does not feel Bishop Long belongs at the head of the church as a Christian leader.

He strongly believes that he should do the right thing and hand in his resignation.

The rally is going to allow individuals the opportunity to voice their options of the scandal.

Later this month a rally will be held at Georgia state capitol to have Bishop Eddie Long step down as the leader of New Birth Missionary Church in Atlanta.

Bishop Prophet H. Walker from true Light Pentecost Church is leading the rally and talk show host/author Ruben Armstrong is writing a letter demanding he step down due to the alleged allegations currently against him.

The boys accuse Bishop Long engaged in sexual relationship with them and treated them extravagant gifts like; money, trips and cars.

Bishop Eddie Long has not been formerly charged but has refused to deny the allegations.

UFO in China?

For the eighth time in 2010, officials have received reports of unidentifiable objects in the skies over China.

A sighting in September over the city of Baotou in Inner Mongolio was reported by dozens of people.

The sightings occurred some two and half miles from the city’s airports, causing several flight delays and others to be re-routed in fear that the planes would crash.

The object was reported hovering in the sky with bright lights shining down below it. A bit later the object vanished suddenly.

A similar sighting in Xioshan over the summer had caused major delays in airline traffic.

This morning at the New Birth Missionary Baptist Churchin Lithonia , thousands of individuals were in attendance, including a fire truck, an ambulance, about five satellite trucks, three media tents and the Channel 2 news came to listen as Bishop Eddie Long‘s addressed the congregation. This Bishop, has allegedly, took advantage of young teen boys, sexually, who came to him with hopes of finding a friend and guidance.

At 9am, Long entered the arena and he received a big response from the Parishioners. Standing at the Podium, he removed his glasses and began to speak to the attentive congregation. “Good morning New Birth. Good morning to all our other guests. And I would be remiss not to say good morning to the rest of the world. I do want to remind. We’re here today and every Sunday morning. And I’ll be here next week. First of all let me thank you on behalf on my wife my family for all of your support and prayers. We are certainly humbled by such a loving congregation. I realize many have been waiting on me to say something.”

He continued, “My first responsibility is to my family.This an extremely difficult time for me and for my family. It’s extremely difficult for you. [People] called you and asked you questions. You aint never got this many phone calls in your life. It’s a time when you see the veil dropped and you see who’s with you and who’s not with you. As a pastor I want to help everybody. ”

Lastly, he made it clear, “I have never in my life portrayed myself as a perfect man, but I am not the man being portrayed on television That’s not me. That is not me.”

Long, who has been accused of having had sex with four teenage boys is now facing multiple lawsuits. He continues to deny any involvement with these boys. On Friday, he described himself as being, “under attack” to supporters in conference but, only time will tell.

Fourth Lawsuit Filed Against Eddie Long of Atlanta

On Friday, a lawsuit alleging sexual misconduct against Eddie Long, the senior pastor of the Georgia-based New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, was filed by Spencer LeGrande, a boy from a church affiliated with the pastor’s Longfellows Youth Academy. The lawsuit, which follows three other similar lawsuits filed earlier in the week, alleges that during a trip to Kenya, Long gave the youth a sleeping pill, and that the pastor and youth engaged in sexual acts.

Long has acquired a reputation as an outspoken critic of gay marriage and was a strong supporter of President George W. Bush’s faith-based initiatives. Long’s youth ministry, the Longfellows Youth Academy, provides an annual course in self-discipline for young males. The four-month curriculum, which costs $500, includes field trips, community service projects, and entrepreneurial training.

Since the lawsuits were filed last week, Long’s youth ministry, which numbers in the hundreds, has been buffeted by accusations that after young males were recruited into the Longfellows Youth Academy, Long used biblical scripture to justify sexual contact between persons of the same sex. In one case, a church employee rewarded one of Long’s accusers with a Chevy Malibu vehicle after the youth entered into a sexual relationship with the pastor in 2008.

On Sunday, Long is expected to publicly speak to his church congregation in Atlanta. However, it is unclear if he will address the allegations at that time.
