With recent confirmation that Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon are expecting their first child, the question “How old is Mariah Carey?” has been spreading throughout the internet.

Mariah is one of the world’s all-time best-selling artists, reaching over 200 million sales via her albums, singles, and videos. Throughout the 1990′s she was considered an international superstar and quickly rose to the top, selling more albums than any other artist by the end of the decade. She married 28-year-old Nick Cannon in 2008, shortly after leaving Columbia Records executive Tommy Mottola.

So, how old is Mariah Carey? The newly confirmed mother-to-be is 40.

She was born on March 27, 1970.

Paul Reuben or more commonly known as Pee Wee Herman is hitting Broadway with his adaptation of “The Pee-Wee Herman Show.’

The show will run for ten weeks on Broadway starting October 26th, according to Herman’s official website.
Other stars on Broadway include Mailman Mike (John Moody), Miss Yvonne (Lynne Marie Stewart), and Cowboy Curtis (Phil Lamarr), who are all characters from the “Pee-Wee’s Playhouse” show from back in the 80’s and 90’s.

“Pee-Wee’s Playhouse” first debuted back in 1986, and went on to win 22 Emmys within the first five year of the show, which also included a motion picture.

Mythbusters dedicates show to Singh
Mythbusters, a popular Discover Channel show, dedicated its new episode Wednesday, Oct. 13, to the memory of Sanjay Singh.

Singh was a registered emergency medical technician who also worked as on medial standby for the program on occasion.

Singh appeared briefly on the show Wednesday during a segment dedicated to the EMT and other medical crew workers, and later members of the cast, crew and staff dedicated the program in his honor.

Show representatives have confirmed that Singh did in fact pass away, and have said that he touched many lives in his work as an EMT as well as at M5 and Beyond Productions.

‘Brindavanam’ Telugu Movie Released Today

Junior NTR’s film “Brindavanam” has been released today.

The movie is the latest in recent high profile movies released from India. Jr NTR directed, wrote and stars as the lead in the comedy.

Rajendra Prasad and Ramya Krishna are among top stars from India who star in the film.

The movie is described as a mix of comedy, sentiment and drama. There are dance sequences and action parts that some reviewers have found not to be up to par, that appear to have been added just to give the movie a boarder appeal.

The movie is playing in select cities.

Infowars Moneybomb Marathon Starts Today

Syndicated radio host Alex Jones is starting a 24 hour marathon to raise money to keep his Infowars website running.

Jones, 36, has said that since the last marathon in 2007 the audience for the site has tripled, yet money to fund the operation has remained unchanged.

Jones has described himself as a libertarian as well as an “aggressive constitutionalist.” Jones added that since his site does not get corporate backing that some such sites get he is dependent on supporters to fund the site.

Starting today Jones will stream a number of unreleased videos over the internet for free.

Kim Kardashian is set to bare it all. That’s right, once again the popular socialite will be adorning a magazine with nude photographs of her body.

This time, the 29 year old will be gracing the cover of W Magazine’s November issue, also it’s annual arts issue. She will, however, be covered in silver body paint.

This is not the first time that we’ve seen little Kimmie naked. First, after the encouragement of her mother, she posed nude for Playboy magazine. Kardashian later said that she regretted posing for Playboy.

The actress has since worked through some of her body issues and is now enjoying life with greater confidence.

Favre and Jenn Sterger In Settlement Negotiations?

The editor of “Deadspin” A.J. Daulerio commented to the New York Daily News that friends of Jenn Stergersaid that she is facing a lot of pressure to be quiet about the scandal with Brett Favre. In further reports, it seems Sterger is negotiating a settlement with Favre to basically keep her mouth shut.

ESPN has reported that Favre made an apology to his fellow teammates for the distraction and sources say he actually broke down in tears.

Daulerio made a statement to the Daily News saying, “Sterger doesn’t want to be known as the person who ruined the public perception of Brett Favre.”

Not only does Favre have to quarterback the Minnesota Vikings, but now he will have to go into damage control regarding illicit text messages he possibly sent to reporter Jenn Sterger.

Favre might want to look back and see how ESPN personality Mike Tirico handled a similar problem years ago. In a book published in 200, “ESPN: An Uncensored History”, writer Mike Freeman documented Tirico’s problems.

Over the years, Tirico has stayed quiet about the allegations and they have just kind of gone away.

Favre might want to pick his words carefully as well.

He’s a bigger name than Tirico, but he is hoping for the same result.

Nude Pictures of Karina Sarkissova Results In Termination From Ballet

The Vienna State opera has announced that ballerina Karina Sarkissova has been fired for posing nude in Penthouse magazine.

The ballerina posed nude for the magazine in June of 2010, and also posed for the Austrian Magazine called, “Weiner”. “The ballerina Nude, the opera as we like it,” was the headline on the cover of the Hustler magazine.

The director of the ballet was shocked and outraged by these nude photos that appeared in both men’s magazines and fired Srkissova on August 23rd.

Rumors are circulating that the ballerina may be filing a discrimination lawsuit against the ballet company for wrongful termination.
