Kirstie Alley has always been honest about Her weight and appearance.

The actress who shot to fame in 1980 with the movie “Look Who’s Talking,” alongside John Travolta, came up to star in a sitcom called “Fat Actress” which showed the intricacies of being overweight in Hollywood.

In recent years, Kirstie gained and lost weight several times.

This past week, Alley tweeted that she lost 50 pounds on her new diet.

“I’ve lost over 50 lbs and I’m having the time of my life,” the actress wrote on her Twitter account.

So what’s her new secret? Actually it’s her own diet program called Organic Liaison with the goal of “liaising” people from conventional eating.
